Shared Charger Guarantee

Please note that we only guarantee chargers booked through Mobula Ray EV.

Make sure you do not pay cash directly to the EV Charger host, because we will only be able to cover charger damage when booked through Mobula Ray EV. Paying directly to EV Charger Host is a violation of our terms and conditions.

If your charger is damaged while a Mobula Ray EV driver is was using it please complete the form below and we will help you to process the guarantee.

We always encourage drivers and hosts to consult their existing home insurance or car insurance for coverage of the damage to the EV charger.

Although the safety of your EV charger is our highest priority, we nevertheless strongly advise to provide clear guidance in the charger instructions and ensure the access to the charger is clear and does not cause potential damage to your property or the charger.
